2.3. All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will be given the option to choose an alternative product or receive a refund.
3.1. To place an order, you must be over 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or any other accepted payment methods listed on the Site.
3.2. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is an acknowledgment of your order and not an acceptance of it. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

5.1. Nhaka Designs Ltd shall not be liable for any delay to your order due to the result of any events/circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, and accidents.
6.1. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
6.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nhakadesigns.com with your order number and reason for the return.
6.3. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
6.4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be processed via the original payment method.
7.1 If you consider a piece of art purchased from us to be damaged, please email us photographs of the damage at info@nhakadesigns.com within 10 days of receiving your art and, after assessing the damage, we may either arrange for the item to be returned to us free of charge and refund the purchase price, or send you a replacement item.
8.1. All content on www.nhakadesigns.com, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the property of Nhaka Designs or its content suppliers. Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
