In general, orders are shipped within 2 working days and take 5-7 working days to arrive. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.
Orders are packed and dispatched to the address entered at the point of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order details. Any redelivery charges will be incurred by the customer.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once the order has been collected. This delivery service is tracked to your door and if you are not in to take delivery of the package you will be able to schedule a new delivery time with the courier.

International buyers shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation into the country of destination of the items and for the payment of any duties therein. International buyers should be aware of possible delays from customs inspection, import duties and taxes.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage fees on the items returned to us because of unpaid customs charges.
Products are carefully packed, and we use recycled/recyclable packaging.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you can return an item to us and we can offer you a refund. Please email us on info@nhakadesigns.com within 14 days of delivery.
With the exception of faulty goods return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit. Please do ensure you have adequate insurance and all returns are sent tracked. All returns must be in the same condition as that was received, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Any bespoke or Made to Order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
unless they are defective. Please also note, sale items are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or credited.
All our products are handcrafted, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns because of these irregularities.
Please also note that the colours of products may vary. Colours cannot always be represented exactly the same as in real life on a screen, but we ensure we do our best to accurately match them.
In a very unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will happily refund you, once we have received the item and inspected the damage. Please ensure you take photographs of the shipping label, parcel, and product, as well as document any damage and email these prior to returning the item as this will be required to assess if it meets the returns criteria.
If you return goods you believe are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within 7-10 business days of receiving the goods, and will process any refund due to you to the original method of payment. We will confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the defective goods. Please follow the returns policy to ensure you are eligible for a refund.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you of whether we are able to approve the refund based on assessment of the product’s condition. If approved, we will process the refund usually within 7-10 business days, to the original method of payment.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on info@nhakadesigns.com, and if the order has not been dispatched we will process your refund. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to return the item(s) as standard once received.
